OVERNIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS
To stay as an overnight guest, your dog must be enrolled to our facility. Enrollment is required so we can meet your dogs and they can get familiar with The Mutt Hutt. There is no cost to enroll your dog and it includes 5-hours of complimentary daycare the day of the evaluation. Overnight Stays include daycare – you may check your dog in the day of your departure as early as 7:30 AM on weekdays. Check out is 11 AM the day of departure. If you need a later check out fees will be applied for the additional daycare time. The last check-out is 9 PM, no exceptions.
Please call 216-621-MUTT to enroll your dog and set up the evaluation. Please bring vaccination records and the Enrollment Forms with your dog. Dogs must be dropped off during regular business hours and picked up by the designated pick up time outlined below. Daycare passes may be applied for weekday boarding only - you will be charged the difference in cost for the Overnight Stay.

RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations are based on availability. A 50% credit card deposit is due at the time of booking or your spot will not be held. Reservations are required in advance of your date of arrival as we can not guarentee space. Daycare passes cannot be applied for overnight stays. Should your plans change and we receive no notice by the end of the departure day, dogs not picked up on the designated check-out date and time will be boarded for an additional night for the cost of one-evening and incur an additional $10 fee. Our daycare facility closes weekdays at 6:30 PM. Last pick up time is 9 PM, no exceptions. Additional fees will be applied for pick up after 11 AM day of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a deposit refund your reservation must be cancelled before 6:00 PM, 24-hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION
Prior to arrival there are no fees to change your arrival/departure and/or check in/out times. However, due to limited space we may not have room for your dog to arrive early or stay late. Please call to make changes as soon as possible.
CHECK-IN SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday: Dogs must check-in between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. No dogs are permitted to enter the facility after 1:00 PM without advance approval from a Manager. With advance notice early drop-off is based on availability for no additional charge.
Saturday-Sunday: Dogs must check-in between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. With advance notice early drop-off is based on availability for no additional charge.
CHECK OUT SCHEDULE
Check out time is 11 AM. We understand your arrival may not coincide with the check-out time. Extended stays are based on availability and will incur additional daycare charges after 11 AM. Last pick up time is 9 PM, no exceptions. If you are unable to pick up your dog by 9 PM you can come back in the morning after 7:30 AM.
MEALS/FOOD POLICY
It is your responsibility to bring food with your pet to last their entire stay. Please be aware your dogs is burning a lot more energy during their stay than they do normally at home. They may need to eat a larger helping during their stay due to the high level of activity. We recommend you pack a little extra just in case your plans change and your dog stays longer than expected. In the event you do no provide food we will purchase the smallest amount possible of their brand of dog food at cost plus a $5 handling fee. We do not recommend changing your dogs food prior to their stay as it may upset their digestive system. Please pack enough food plus extra.
