CANINE GOOD CITIZEN/THERAPY DOG
This class is designed to get students and dogs prepared for the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen test and the Delta Society Pet Partners test. Passing the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test results in an AKC certification, and passing the thorough Delta Society test allows your dog/handler team to visit nursing homes, hospitals, etc. Dogs must have completed Basic or Puppy (or have been evaluated by instructor). Class includes CGC test on last night by Christy Paxton, registered CGC Evaluator. Christy works closely with a Delta evaluator to keep students informed about scheduled test dates.
All ages are welcome (both people and dogs!). Cost is $110. For more information and/or to register, visit the Hand in Paw website, send an e-mail or call 440-263-2314.
START DATE/TIME: Saturday, Oct. 11th at 1:30 PM (Final class: 1:30-3:30 PM or until testing is complete)
