After your dog has enrolled, acclimated and comfortable in our environment we welcome and encourage clients to consider an annual membership in the MUST❤MUTTS LOYAL MEMBER CLUB. Joining the club gives clients a savings of 15% on daytime socialization, vaccine administration and retail purchases in addition to complimentary gifts including mutt-washes and member-only promotional savings throughout the year.
Does joining the club make sense for me?
We recommend becoming a member if you plan for your dog to attend full day socialization visits at our facility at least once a week over the course of the year from the time you join. For dogs attending more than once a week, membership is a no-brainer. Budgeting weekly full day socialization factoring in the $260 per visit savings (based on the single dog pay-per-visit rate in effect on February 1, 2021) over the course of a year in addition to the $225 in complimentary services received with a membership the savings equates to a minimum of $135 annually. For those socializing twice a week the savings is $395. For those with plans for half day visits on a weekly basis the minimum savings including the membership fee is $31. Keep in mind this savings we’ve calculated does not include exclusive member-only promotional discounts, vaccine administration discounts and retail discounts all of which will add up to even more savings. Immediate discount applied on all full and half pay-per-visit rates applied avoiding the need for purchasing bulk prepaid visits and planning around expiration dates.

Following the purchase of a membership clients online portal accounts will reflect credits on your account for (1) complimentary full day visit credit to use on or within 14 days of your dogs birthday or gotcha-day within 365 days of date of purchase, (10) complimentary mutt-wash credits valid for 365 days from date of purchase. The complimentary credits will be manually added to your account. Please allow us up to 72-hours from the date of purchase to add these services to your account. A welcome email will arrive in your inbox shortly after joining the club.

The membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of purchase and limited to one membership per household. MUST❤MUTTS Loyal Member Club memberships are non-refundable and member benefits and products are non-transferrable. Memberships may be purchased online through TMH client portal or through one of our company representatives. Memberships are charged to the credit card on file provided by the member . Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in the client portal. Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over. MUST❤MUTTS Loyal Member Club membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by TMH including our privacy policies and practices, and they may be amended from time to time without notice. Members agree to pay TMH any sales, excise, use or ad valorem tax that is imposed on the sale price of the items purchased. The member agrees that in the event they fail to pay TMH such tax, they will hold TMH harmless and indemnify TMH from any claim, loss, assessment or expense occasioned by such non-payment.
