To navigate through the challenges brought on by the 2020+ pandemic after a temporary facility closure to launch and rebuild with many unknowns for what was to come we introduced to our clients the Must Love Mutts Loyal Member Club. The incredibly tough circumstances presented many transitions including an abrupt and unexpected loss of more than half of our staff, much of our steady clientele and what was missed the most has been the loss of the relationship had with so many wonderful dogs.

Despite the difficulties most of the service-based industry has fearlessly faced we are grateful for all of the dog owners showing support for what we do. Although the Must Love Mutts Loyal Member Club is now a part of our past to us it will always be the commemorative collaboration had with 75 supportive and kind clients who truly helped us through tough times. The 95 dogs featured will forever be the legacy of a time we hope to look back on with pride.
